Tranquil FinServe provides Income Tax Return filing, tax advisory, financial compliance, accounting support and related professional services. We recognize that client tax documents, identity information, salary details, bank details, and financial records are highly confidential.
Information We Collect
Depending on the service requested, we may collect full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, PAN, salary details, employer details, Form 130/Form 16, AIS, TIS, income details, deduction details, bank account details, IFSC, uploaded tax documents, browser details, device details, IP address, session logs, and security logs.
Purpose of Collection
Information is used for ITR preparation and filing support, tax planning, compliance services, document review, client communication, support requests, fraud prevention, security monitoring, internal recordkeeping, and legal or regulatory compliance.
Legal Basis and Consent
We process information based on voluntary consent, performance of requested services, legal obligations, and legitimate business interests relating to tax and compliance services. Portal submission requires mandatory consent before information or documents are submitted.
Google Login
The client portal requires Google sign-in before document submission. The submitted email must match the verified Google email used for login.
Document Security
We use HTTPS, access-controlled cloud storage, private document folders, server-side validation, audit logging, file validation, rate limiting, spam prevention, and security monitoring. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable safeguards for sensitive tax data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit client information. Information may be shared only with authorized professionals working on the assignment, statutory authorities where required, regulatory authorities, or pursuant to lawful court or government requests.
Retention Policy
Client information may be retained for the period required under applicable tax laws, professional requirements, regulatory obligations, dispute handling, and internal record retention policies. After the applicable period, data may be securely deleted or anonymized.
Deletion Policy
Clients may request correction, update, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. Certain records may continue to be retained where required by law, tax compliance, audit, professional duties, or dispute resolution.
Cookie Policy
The website may use essential browser storage and security technologies for functionality, session security, bot prevention, and abuse monitoring. If Cloudflare Turnstile or Google login is enabled, those providers may process limited technical data necessary for authentication and anti-abuse checks.
User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request correction, update, withdrawal of consent where legally permissible, deletion where legally permissible, and information regarding processing activities.
